Yes, I have searched every image google would give me, every web shot, photo bucket, you name it I have looked at it. I keep going back to all the quilt mag's and search through their search engine thinking that maybe it was just not uploaded in their systems yet. That is why I have now turned to fellow quilters thinking that there had to be at least one other person out there that looked at the same magazine. I know I am hoping for a lot here but the alternative is a shared hallucination and the quilts real don't excist at all....lol That or the allians took it....lol

    thanks,
    Jeanne

Can you sketch a drawing of what you are looking for or at least describe it?

Where are the mags yall were looking at? The only thing i could say is go through them all LOL I know but since you both love them and found them together is worth looking through them again.

That is the funny part we have gone through everyone of them 8 or 9 times and can not find it. We even thought that maybe I did not place it on the foot stool by my mothers chair but on the arm and one of the cats knocked into the trash basket she has there. So I even went through the out-side garbage just incase it was thrown out by mistake.
I even went through the magazines that were still in boxes from when they moved here. It is just the strangest thing!

    Thanks for the help though,
    Jeanne

Could it be the split rail 9-patch you are looking for? You might also want to check out www.quilterscache.com. They have a LOT of patterns there.

    Welcome!

You know I had not checked that one! Thank you for the idea I'll look right now.

    Thanks,
    Jeanne

Thank you so much for you thoughts, I think that is what it was a variation of the split rail quilt. I think I can duplicate it close enough to my liking now.
    Again thank you,
    Jeanne

Relax, step away from the magazines, do something else and all of a sudden the pattern will pop up - when you least expect it.

Thanks Lynne for the web site link... what a great site. I have found a few quilts I want to make when I get home. I have tons of fabric cut into strips that was going to be a rug but now I have new plans for it.
    Again thank you,
    Jeanne
