I've got that same fabric and also in black/grey and works great for applique..

make a bear face with a cute black nose and fussy cut 2 ears and place a little black in them and fussy cut the body and cute little paws with little black pads on them and give to a child. I challange you buddy quilter. Please respond and then show us your creation.
