Sardines are good and anchovies even better. Yummy!

We eat sardines for lunch quite often. They are high in vitamin D. Use anchovies in Cesar salad dressing.

I love them. I just had some for lunch yesterday that were packed in a Louisana hot sauce, my favorite.

Seems we are evenly split. I love them!

Anchovies I like to cook with but find them too salty to eat straight from the can on their own. Can't have caesar salad dressing without them and they are excellent in a putanesca sauce.
