    Ladies,
When not wanting to partake of the ill-fitted apparatus, I just get up, tuck them in my drawers and go about my business.
You just have to laugh about it sometimes!

I like the original 18 hour bra with the wide padded shoulder straps. I wear a large bra and they are hard to find, guess there are more out there than just me.
I would never go braless, the worse look ever and not a comfortable thing about it. Underneath gets so grossly sweaty and a good way to get a nasty rash.

Well, I'm rather big chested and I also have tried all kinds of bras. The only one I wear is from Wal-Mart. It's "Just My Size" model #1960. No under wire, but the cups are stretchy and very comfortable.I've even tried expensive ones.

The only comfortable bras I can wear are Playtex 18 hour bras. They have wider straps. For a long time I was uncomfortable and finally found out I had the right cup size but they were too small around. Went to a bigger size and it made a world of difference.

I actually find the front hook the most comfortable since having to deal with arthritis in the hands and shoulders. Having been a nurse for 37 years and now retired, both male and female usually have some adjustments to make to their dressing routine with pain in the joints and I am no exception. Trying to make these sewing adjustments due to pain and numbness in the hands is the biggest adjustment.. trying to keep safe..now is when I need one of those machines that threads itself..both needle and bobbin. Sorry, got of the subject.

Has anyone ever found a comfortable bra?

Many, many years ago in a far, far away fantasy land...

I have a friend who owns a fabric (knits and tricots) shop in Wichita, KS and she teaches a bra class. I keep telling myself to go up there and take it. She teaches it at some of the sewing expos - class is $90 but it gives you the pattern and enough fabric to make 2 bras.
