    I like the hex shape. Nothing says it has to be square or round. I think it's very creative - love your colors and patterns! Very pretty!

    Very pretty fabric choices! If it were me, I would have only put two rows of fill-in blocks (not three like on the blue) then the green would flow evenly around the whole quilt. Anxious to see it when you're done.

    Beautiful...I wouldn't worry about square, different shapes make for interesting quilts. Lovely work!

    oh, I love it. I wouldnt make it square, who says quilts need to be square - Id just finish the green around and call it "magic garden", sharet

    maybe not square or rectangle. Think it has a shape of it's own. The seam ripper has become attached to my hand lately.. Not Edward Scissor hands but Ell Seam Ripper Hand! hah!
