Just a note from a mother forever......if you are older...not sure whether you can get the shot at 50 or 60 but you should check into the shingles shot. My bestest friend had them and has never gotten over the pain from them. It has ruined her enjoyment of life. She just can't get relief from the recurring pain. Go get the shot...I did and tell everyone eligible to do the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
