    No cork board. My DH used a birch board, 3/4" thick and 5" wide below the shelf. He set that into the drywall flush with the wall surface and screwed it into the studs. Then I put in the hooks for rulers, etc.

    Very nice, I 'm STILL working on mine! If I could get off of here I would be able to get it done! Hmmm, I wonder who I can blame! LOL Great job!! :thumbup:

    I'll be glad to do a tutorial on the Grandmothers Fan cats. I'm off to Sisters Or tomorrow, and won't be home for several days.

    At that point, I'll forward the info on the book containing the fan cats, plus probably work on a tutorial.
