I guess I'm the dummy on this board. I've been looking at the blocks that have been fisished and posted on here not knowing that it was a swap or what the deal was. I think it is a very beautiful block and would love to make one if I had the pattern. Where do I get it and where would I send it when finished. I've read about all the frustration some of you have experienced but I won't let one little block get the best of me. I keep on until I make at least one before I quit. It doesn't look all that hard to do. If someone would get me the information or pattern, I would make it. Thanks in advance.

Candlequilter, I am sorry to say that after 3 attempts and even following your tutorial I still cannot complete a block with your pattern. I know that I promised a block in exchange for the pattern. So I will try again now the frustration has past (till I think of it and get shivers down my spine and a migraine) send you a block. I had my Gf try and her's looked better than mine but still not perfect and she is an experience quilter.

Sherryl, it has taken me forever to get the hang of the pattern but yesterday I sat down and put it together but the center looks awful and I don't know how to fix it. I'll try another. Sorry because I really wanted to learn how to do it plus help you, Barbara
