I guess I'm the dummy on this board. I've been looking at the blocks that have been fisished and posted on here not knowing that it was a swap or what the deal was. I think it is a very beautiful block and would love to make one if I had the pattern. Where do I get it and where would I send it when finished. I've read about all the frustration some of you have experienced but I won't let one little block get the best of me. I keep on until I make at least one before I quit. It doesn't look all that hard to do. If someone would get me the information or pattern, I would make it. Thanks in advance.

I sent mine. Could make another - what color?
This was my first paper pieced project & I had no trouble with your pattern.

I'm still in the process, sorry! This is my first attempt at pp, so going a few rounds (no, make that many rounds) with the seam ripper. It will be on it's way soon. Pinky swear.

Candlequilter, I am sorry to say that after 3 attempts and even following your tutorial I still cannot complete a block with your pattern. I know that I promised a block in exchange for the pattern. So I will try again now the frustration has past (till I think of it and get shivers down my spine and a migraine) send you a block. I had my Gf try and her's looked better than mine but still not perfect and she is an experience quilter.

After several attempts all I can make is circus tents with the pattern. I can't get the center to lay flat. I won't send out a block I'm not happy with. I have deleted the pattern from my computer. Sorry.

Sherryl, I am also willing to make another block. Let me know what colorway you need.

Sherryl, it has taken me forever to get the hang of the pattern but yesterday I sat down and put it together but the center looks awful and I don't know how to fix it. I'll try another. Sorry because I really wanted to learn how to do it plus help you, Barbara
