    I am in the minority here. I am an under. After having cats that like to unroll the tissue, I found if I put it under, the roll just goes round and round rather than off of the roll in the floor.

    LOL that is so funny, I guess we all have a bit of OCD going. I have to fight myself to not change customers tp when I use there restrooms. Im an over. and when I got with my hubby I made it clear that it is SUPPOSED to be over. LOL

    Oh, this question brings a smile to me. I am an under, BUT, when my hubby and I started our life togeter, and we had one bathroom, he would put it on over, I would put it under. When I realized he liked it over, I changed and started putting it over. BUT, the sweet thing that he is, he started putting it on under for me. That is a good example of what has made our wonderful 20 years of marriage so great!! We look out for each other. Thanks for the question. :)
