He is getting three tiny crystal clustered in his eye after quilting.

Gorgeous dog Applique! Have you considered using a white pencil or a white thread to add glints to the eyes. Dash's expression really popped once Aniko demonstrated the way to do "eyes" - she did the right eye and left the left eye for me.
