Welcome! We are also in socal. My husband is just starting to dabble in quilting. Costumes? Wow! Anything stretchy and too slippery intimidates me. If you are up to it post some quitls. I am sure everyone would love to see them.

Welcome Joe: Sounds like you have many talents and happy to have you on board. I have a cousin that lives in Murrietta and I love California, but it's too expensive for me. My daughter moved between CA and Michigan 5 times, but she and DH finally retired to FL a month ago. Wonder how long she will last away from her daughter/grandaughter.
