    I have agrandmas flower garden that i put to gether about 20yrs ago.My hubby said if we ever split up the quilt would have to be split in half.its got adouble batting in it.Ilived in Indiana at the time and we heatedthe house with wood stove.an there were plenty of nights it would go out before morning an that quilt kept us toasty warm.

    I clicked on the link you provided and VOILA they have them in ENGLISH...All you do is hilight "Deutsch" and I clicked on it a tool bar or what ever you call it came up and I scroled down to translate and all of a sudden it said available in ENGLISH too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for helping us to know how to make this ultra beauty! Some day maybe I'll give it a whirl!

    Going out on a limb here--what about doing some kind of applique for the corners? You could just use big triangles for the corners and applique swirls or spikey flowers or ??? It would add another design element to it, and soften the look a bit--if that's what you want.
    It is a beautiful quilt just as it is though. Great job!

    Amazing and beautiful quilt! WOW!

    I have an idea for the borders...
    first, maybe a thin border to separate.
    then, I was thinking, what if you made a bigger spike in the corner of each corner? Do you know what I mean?? I think that would look so cool. Then a border (maybe a pieced border?) and voila.

    Again, gorgeous!!!!
