    i love this quilt... my dads fav color is yellow and i dont like yellow but i love it in this quilt so i may try to make him one of these... i am working on a memory quilt now in pink for my mom again i dont like pink ... i am a bright colors kind of person..lol..

    You may not have had an easy time with it, but it looks fabulous! Enough so, that it's in the running for me to make one similar for a twin baby shower I have to go to next month!

    I love how the yellow/gold fabric pops!

    If I'm not mistaken you posted this when you had a question about why you didn't like it, right? Well, I really like the way it turned out. Keeping the yellow moving in only the two directions gives it structure over the scrappy look of the other colors. I like it very much. I'm glad you finished it. Good job!
