    I use 2.5 sqs for lots of different projects!! My avitar is made of 2.5 sqs. I love them..sew 4 together for 4 patch..makes 4.5 sq. - nine together.. 9 patch.. so many different designs to sew them into. sew into strips = borders etc. sort per darks /lights ..neutrals..color families. you can make wonderful projects.. Ranchwife has a lovely example. I make doll quilts...potholders.. pincushions..bags.. big quilts.. just have fun..lots of ideas on different blogs.. love this QB

    Wow! A lot of scrap quilt enthusiasts would almost kill to get a stash of 2 1/2 in squares like you won. Oh, the possibilities! No, I don't want them, have plenty of my own to keep me happy for a long time. Have a load of fun!

    Those are called Moda Candy, and Moda has a little booklet of patterns written just for their Moda Candy. I'm making 2 of the patterns right now. The booklet is called Moda Candy, oh sew sweet, 18 projects.

    Use them for centers of log cabin blocks with the logs being color coordinating fabrics.
