Made the block for Jolo today, after getting back from my Birthday dinner outing, that is! Now to see if I can post a photo - it's ready to mail tomorrow. Carol

Emma...beautiful! And will look great on a bed!!! Love the blue to put it all together. Really sets it off!
I actually got to work on mine some today...the squares are all pinned to the sashing strips ready for sewing. Hope to work on that Tuesday. Really would like to finish the top by the start of the new trainride.

Jolo, my block for you is out of the norm...hopefully you can still use it. I used the button fabric with the pink dot & the block is the friendship heart someone posted on the board last month. Sending the love your way. It's in sealed envelope to be put in the mail tomorrow...just looked at pic & realized I forgot to put Florida on it; if you want, feel free to add it to the block. Aren't you going to have fun making your quilts!

Emma, What a gorgeous quilt. I thought you were a little longer than usual in finishing and now I know why. After seeing yours I wish I'd done the sashing all the same. Went back and forth many times and finally decided to go ahead with scrappy. Hope I have enough contrast 'cause mines pretty busy.

Pam, Beautiful. Love your border. That cornerstone block really works.
