    Love them all! Thank you. I would say placement of light and dark depends on where the light is coming from in a landscape. In traditional and contemporary graduations of color are used a lot from light to dark or the reverse. Many artists visit here who can answer your question far better than I.

    Matter of preference, I like your longer windows with asymmetrical frames.

    I made an attic window quilt last year and it hurt me to cut away part of the panel in order to keep the animals from having elongated legs or bodies. I followed Jenny Doan's instructions as well and found it easier than I'd anticipated to make. I really like your bay window effect.
