Boom 35 Bloom

Anyone able to give me a quick lesson on how to post pictures here from an android phone? I can send them via email to my computer and load then from there, but it would be nice to do from my phone. I did try to do it, but it asks for an URL and I don't know how to get that for a phone picture.
!On my Samsung I have to resize the photo first ... I have 3 dots in upper right corner and resize is an option -- I choose 20%.
Posting -- do the "advanced" option at the bottom of the post option --
Manage attachments
Click on the photo you want to upload
-- Tricky part ---- scroll all the way over to the right side and click "upload". That will attach the photo to that section -- BUT YOU ARE NOT FINISHED .. Go to the bottom of this same screen, past all the weird attachment options and in the middle of the screen you will see "close" or something like that.
Once you have attached the photo, then go ahead and type your post as normal.
Do not preview your post or you will have to redo the whole attaching photo ... or at least that is what happened to me.
It's a hunt and search for for some of the areas to click.
Hope this helps a little ... trial and error on my part several times.
Good luck!

Good morning, Bloomers. Lots of beautiful blocks were put in the gallery. Everyone had photos in the 200kb or smaller range. Thank you so much for that. It save me time, especially when there are a lot of blocks to add. It's much appreciated.
We did end up getting rain most of the afternoon and into the evening. It was a very slow rain so no flooding and it had a chance to soak in. We'll test that out as we do some planting this morning. I'm hoping the soil isn't rock hard like it was just a couple of days ago.
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. I imagine we'll see a few more blocks pop up today.

Holly gosh I hope you enjoy this block for your table runner. I have to admit, I now know stripes are not my forte.
One down for the Boom .... *ps. Lol, I told my husband I was headed to the shower as soon as I got this finished and squared .... he gave up and is eating cottage cheese and pineapple ... mmm doesn't that mean there's no rush now???

Phew here's a present for you and no more stripes for a bit.
I have come to the conclusion that my quarter inch foot isn't accurate. I've even tried a scant but I am not having luck with that either. When I look at my machine it actually looks like the needs offset by a click or 2 to the left. It's preset and my foot is a single needle hole, so I have to carefully play with it this week.

I love this flower fabric. Great block.
I wanted to put my flowers in the ground today, but Brrrrr. it's chilly outside today. Looks like it might be a sweatshirt and pants day.

This is called Double Sawtooth Star from McCalls Quilting 2015 block reference.
I swear a consistent 1/4" eludes me! I promise after a 10 year break from quilt blocks I am definitely humbled by my machine. For years I used my 1991 Pfaff 1473 that I LOVED. During mask making it almost died and I bought my current machine sight unseen and untried, boy what a new learning curve for this old dog.
Thanks in advance for "grace" with my inconsistent construction. These were definitely sewn with cursing but no wine.

Here are my block accomplishments for the day. Love all the fabrics available!
Hav- I am a sucker for polka dots, and these just made me so happy. I made a playful pinwheel block for you
LStew- I have never done a christmas quilt, so these cute elves were my first choice to play with. I chose a red fabric that kinda looked christmas star-like.
Moonwork - My husband was immediately drawn to your colors (and he is veteran, so I guess you chose well!). Hope this star works for you.
Sewbiz - I don't keep a stash of batiks, so I hope these blues add to your ocean feel.
