I had bought a machine that was from them I didn't buy it from them but I called them & told them I had bougt the machine & they were so very nice they mailed me information & told me how to use it extra special peopel if it is the same one.. Ask them if a Mike Biklle works there & if they do or did it is the same place.Not sure of Mikes last name

I haven't bought a machine from there, but I have bought other widgets from them through Amazon. I have never had any problems with them. I always got my order very promptly. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Yes, I ordered a Brother Coverstitch machine several months ago. I got it within a few days. After I checked it out real good, I had a few questions. I called them, talked to the service person, and received answers within a short time.

I would recommend them. I believe they are located in Alabama.
