    A while ago I saw on Sewing with Nancy that she used a "duck" cloth or canvas type fabric in between the layers of the lining and outside plus a fleece type batting...does anyone remember what order they were assembled? I have trouble with the batting "bubbling" on the outside fabric when I use it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong!! Any help would be appreciated.

    Are purses hard to make? I think what you did is great. Beautiful. Love the colors of fabrics.

    Thanks for the info. I have made several bags but they all are to big and look more like a diaper bag than a purse. Can't wait to find this pattern since I know how great it can look.
