Wal Mart - online. I buy the Pellon 80/20 by the bolt. Very affordable - around 40 bucks for 96" wide, 9 yards on bolt. I get about 3 quilts done for every bolt. I used it for years and machine quilt my own quilts. It has held up beautifully. Sometimes it goes out of stock, but then it comes back in.

I've heard good things about the Pellon at Walmart! Sadly my Walmart remodeled a couple years ago and the entire craft section is gone, there's a teeny spot with some yarn and picture frames, hodge podge supplies and that's it.
